Design / Consultation Service Pricing

Landscape / patio design and consultation. 

Basic: Includes 1-3 hours with one on site consultation three basic hand drawn rendering. This option is to simply establish elevations,  finish grade, basic soil test, aesthetics and budget.  You will receive detailed drawings with materials listed and finished grades.
$250 + additional charge when needed charges at $80 per hour

Advanced Site /  Outdoor Living Space:  $500  minimum charge for projects up to $10,000
and 5% of projects over $10,000. This includes up to 5 hours of design, 3 hours on site consultations,  3 renderings to provide material options/ layout.  Stake and Paint outline of final design prior to install.  Detailed drawing with materials listed and finished grades.
Additional charge when needed $80 per hour.
